How does this system benefit me?
It provides quick check-ins, automated gift collection, and personalized displays.
Where can I collect my NFC Card?
You may collect your NFC card at the following hotel on 17 August 2025 at 3pm - 9pm. (Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur and Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur).
What if I didn’t check-in and collect at hotel?
You may collect it on 18 August 2025 at Plenary Hall during check-in.
How do I check in for the event and collect my gift?
You will need your assigned NFC card. Scan it at the designated counters for check-in and gift collection.
What if my NFC card isn't working at check-in for gift collection?
Our staff can manually search for your name and check in for you, or record your gift collection.
How will my name appear on screen for the awards presentation?
Scan your NFC card at the awards checkpoint. Your name and years of service will automatically display on the screen.
What if my NFC card has an issue at the awards checkpoint?
Our crew can manually search for your name to ensure your details are displayed on screen.
How does the NFC system work with the photo booths?
Scan your NFC card at the photo booth. Your personalized background, including your name and years of service, will appear for your photo sessions.
What if I lost my NFC card?
Visit the Registration Counter immediately for assistance to get a replacement card.
